Alaskan Apple Crisp |

2 cups dried apples |
½ cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup rolled oats |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
¼ tsp salt |
¾ cup butter |
Wash apples. Soak apples overnight. |
Simmer in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Add white sugar. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a greased casserole dish. |
Combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Rub butter into mixture to form coarse crumbs. Spread over apples. |
Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. |
