Meeting Minutes

Angels Camp RV Resort

June 18, 2011

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by acting President Tom Balcer.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Art Schipper.

Roll call was taken and there was a quorum.

There were no guests present.

Judy Silva made a motion to accept the minutes as posted. Scott Kenyon seconded the motion.

Treasurer report:

The Treasurer report was given by Rod and filed for audit.

Old Business:

Carol Kenyon gave a report on the pillowcases that were made by our members at an earlier Chardonnay outing. A total of 40 pillowcases were flown to a hospital in Afghanistan via a local sewing organization.

New Business:

Judy Silva is now raising chickens on her property and she thanked everyone that brought her their old egg cartons.

A host for Tahoe Valley is still needed and we are asking for somebody to step up and volunteer.

We would like to send all our prayers and good thoughts to the Anderson Family, as their son Glen was in a very serious accident.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
